Dress Code

We kindly ask all guests to follow our smart casual dress code.

Thongs, trainers, face or neck tattoos, and any gang insignia are not permitted. Hand and other visible tattoos are at management’s discretion.

Celebrating something special? Dress to impress, but please leave the feather boas at home. If needed, our door staff can store items for you to collect upon exit. Please note, Cloudland is not responsible for stored items.

If you’re hosting an event or function, please share our dress code with your guests to ensure a seamless experience.

Door Policy

Minors are welcome in Cloudland Garden and Valley Hops Rooftop when dining but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. A responsible adult is someone who can supervise and enforce parental control.

Minors can stay in the dining area during their meal but must leave the venue by 10 PM.

Decorations

While we love a good celebration, helium balloons and lighter-than-air decorations are not permitted in public areas due to the venue’s design. However, balloons are welcome in our private function rooms for special events.
