Terms & Condtitions:

1. Eligibility: EMPIRE 1888 Rewards is a free program available exclusively to patrons aged 18 and over.

2. Terminology: Throughout these Terms & Conditions, EMPIRE 1888 Rewards will be referred to as ER.

3. Management Rights: Management reserves the right to impose restrictions on the ER program at its discretion.

4. Non-Transferable Benefits: All rewards, prizes, and discounts are non-transferable and may
only be used by the member to whom they are assigned.

5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to ER membership will be resolved by management at its sole discretion.

6. Points Expiry: ER points must be redeemed within 12 months of the date they were earned.

7. Earning Points: To earn ER points and loyalty ratings, members must:

7(a) Insert and have their membership card accepted in a poker machine while playing.

7(b) Present their membership card when making purchases at Point-of-Sale terminals throughout the venue.

8. Card Responsibility: It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their card is properly inserted in the machine to earn points.

9. Tiered Program: Different earning and redemption rates apply depending on the
member’s ER tier level.

10. Unauthorised Use: Management is not responsible for any unauthorised use of a member’s card or for points earned or redeemed as a result.

11. In-Person Redemptions: ER points can only be redeemed in person by the member, who must present their valid membership card.

12. Lost or Stolen Cards: EMPIRE 1888 Gaming Lounge is not liable for lost or stolen cards. Any lost or stolen card must be reported to management
immediately.

13. Corrections: EMPIRE 1888 Gaming Lounge reserves the right to adjust ER point balances in cases of system error, operator mistake, fraud,
or other anomalies.

14. Residency Requirement: ER membership is available to local residents only. Proof of address is required to join.

15. Program Changes: Management reserves the right to amend the ER Terms & Conditions at any time.
