Make Fridays pop with blushing premium rosés and shimmering Champagnes to sample and savour in a beautiful garden, sparkling with life!

All you have to do is sit back and indulge with a flight of four glasses of premium wine (a generous 50ml of each): a glass of each of our all new featured premium rosés and Champagnes. Each guest also receives our wood fired bread with dips. Guaranteed to add a sprinkling of glamour to your Friday evening!

The format is simple. Grab a seat in the main area of Cloudland where we will have some tasting-note placemats waiting for you. Our staff will top your glasses for the flight and deliver your bread and dips to your table for you to savour.

Tickets: $35 + booking fee. Your ticket to the Rosé and Champagne Garden Pop-Up gets you a 50ml glass of each of the four premium wines and our wood fired bread with dips.

5pm – 7pm on select Friday’s at Cloudland.

This Season’s New Line-Up of Wine


Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve NV, Champagne, FRA – balance and harmony combine together in this light and subtle Champagne. Its blend is made up of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier sourced from the very best sites of the Champagne region. It is the ideal partner to delight on every occasion, both as an aperitif and throughout the entirety of a meal.

G.H. Mumm ‘Le Rosé’ NV, Champagne, FRA – an original cuvee which combines all the nuance and finesse of Cordon Rouge with the power and fruitiness of Pinot Noir. Its substance is Cordon Rouge, while it’s clear colour, a mixture of amber and crimson, is provided by the red wine of Bouzy, made with Pinot Noir grapes. Mumm Le Rose Displays the hallmark creaminess that is Mumm’s style. Lovely red berry, strawberry fruit with a long, soft finish.


Turkey Flat Rosé, Barossa Valley, SA – Tangerine and fresh berries on the nose, with a trace of powdery talc and white blossom. The palate starts with red berry fruit with a backbone of cool spice reminiscent of caraway seed. The finish has a deft textural grip and a sensation of lime. The 2021 release will stand up to a great breadth of food styles and has a versatility that ensures it will be enjoyed in any season.

Maison Saint Aix Rosé, Provence, FRA – Light pink colour with a copper hue. Pure nose offering crushed apple, melon, lemongrass and red currant. Fresh and medium bodied with a sleek texture, gentle extract, citrus and red berry flavours with a generous finish.
