Cloudland – it’s the right royal place to be seen this Melbourne Cup

Known for indulging and delighting its guests, this year Brisbane’s Cloudland is raising the bar on the city’s Melbourne Cup celebrations. So, don’t even think about making the trip to Flemington to rub shoulders with racing royalty. According to Cloudland’s General Manager Paul Janssen, Cloudland is not only the right royal place to be this Melbourne Cup, it’s the place to be seen.

“We’re welcoming guests and treating them like royalty on race day,” explains Paul. “Cloudland is already a Garden of Eden but we’re stepping things up turning it into a grand royal garden party and gala luncheon worthy of the attendance of the Buckingham Palace royals!”

“Abundant and fragrant floral displays will enchant, fine champagne will add to the pleasure, food stations with a chef at work will impress, and of course, we’ll have the race on the big screen,” explains Paul.

“However, it will be the company you’ll keep and the unexpected and lavish surprises that will ensure guests enjoy nothing less than a royal day out.”

Cloudland will welcome guests for lunch from 12pm on Tuesday 5 November. Choose from the Birdcage Garden Party from $129 or the G.H. Mumm Gala Luncheon for $199 or $2268 per table of 12. Either way, you’ll end your day a winner.
