There’s no better way to relax and get you in the mood for the weekend than the world’s sexiest apéritif, washed down with a range of delightful Champagnes and sparkling wines.

All you have to do is sit back and indulge with a flight of four glasses of premium bubbles (a generous 60ml of each) with four freshly shucked oysters – two each of natural and Italian vinaigrette. Guaranteed to add a sprinkling of glamour to your evening!

The format is simple. Grab a seat in the main area of Cloudland where we will have some tasting-note placemats waiting for you. Our staff will top your glasses for the flight and deliver your oysters to your table for you to savour.

Additional plates of oysters, plus small and large cheese and Italian meats boards are also available to purchase at the Eventbrite checkout and on the night.

This Season’s Line-Up

G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut NV, Champagne, France – the nose reveals initial aromas of ripe fresh fruit of white and yellow peaches and apricots with tropical notes of lychee and pineapple. It then opens up with the fragrance of vanilla before developing notes of milky caramel, breadcrumbs and yeast, culminating in aromas of dried fruit and honey.

G.H. Mumm ‘Le Rose’ NV, Champagne, France – an original cuvee which combines all the nuance and finesse of Cordon Rouge with the power and fruitiness of Pinot Noir. Its substance is Cordon Rouge, while it’s clear colour, a mixture of amber and crimson, is provided by the red wine of Bouzy, made with Pinot Noir grapes. Mumm Le Rose Displays the hallmark creaminess that is Mumm’s style. Lovely red berry, strawberry fruit with a long, soft finish.

De Beaurepaire Crémant, Central Ranges, NSW – crafted in the Crémant de Bordeaux style using full Méthode Traditionelle with secondary fermentation in bottle. A blend of Cabernet, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Pinot Noir. Well balanced with a crisp acidity, nice delicate length; fruit driven yet savoury. Notes of strawberry and cherry ripe, with a hint of lime and rose petal.

Petit Cordon by Maison Mumm, Marlborough, NZ – Steady bubbles on the pour gives way to a very light coloured wine. Sniffing your way through the wine, notes of citrus, grapefruit and blood orange come to the forefront. Tasting of pears, apricot, peach, mirabelle are tasted first, ending with notes of honey, pastry and ripe fruits. Very lively, yet nicely balanced acidity.



Are you COVID-19 compliant? Yes, we take the health and safety of our guests and staff extremely seriously. We will be complying with our Industry COVID-Safe Plan including (but not limited to) socially distancing and providing sanitising facilities/stations, and contactless/cashless payment throughout. We will also be capping the numbers for each section according to the square metre restrictions and capacities of the venue.

Can my group buy individual tickets and still sit together? Yes, come up with a catchy table name between yourselves, then include this table name in the field provided at check-out.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? This event will be restricted to over 18s only.

What’s the refund policy? We understand that COVID has given us some unpredictable times. If COVID restrictions imposed by the Government prohibit a guest from attending, or if the event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded. We do not offer refunds for any other reason.
