We are giving you and yours another reason to step out and settle in with a delectable grazing-style menu with cocktails – two of life’s great pleasures!

Please note that the format of Graze will be changing from Thursday 2nd May, 2024. From this date, the Graze experience will be available during all lunch and dinner periods. The menus will also be changing – including the beverage package.

Graze Menu

All dishes served share-style.

  • Smoked aubergine, wood fired bread, lemon oil (df, v, ve)
  • Wild mushroom and taleggio arancini, truffle mayo, pecorino (gf, v)
  • Cured meats, pickled chilli, pane carasau (df, gfo)
  • Local burrata, candied olives, pickled figs, basil (gf, v)
  • Beef skewer, sauce ravigote, shiso (df, gf)
  • Glazed free range pork, pickled cucumber (df)
  • Skin on fries, truffle salt, aioli (df, gf, v, veo)

Drinks

Included in your experience is your choice of the following drinks:

  • Two cocktails from our new drinks menu and a welcome glass of Mumm Marlborough Prestige Sparkling, or
  • Four drinks of your choice from any wine by the 150ml glass or schmiddy of tap beer (excluding Champagne)

  • Tropical Thyme Fizz – Beefeater Blood Orange Gin, Ginger, Orange. Lemon, Passion Fruit, Guava, Soda, Thyme, Garnished with Thyme sprigs and an Orange slice
  • Toasted Banana Royale – Chivas Regal 12 Scotch Whisky, Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth, Dom Benedictine, Toasted Banana, Aztec Choc Bitters, Garnished with a chocolate coated banana chip
  • Cuban Passion – Gosling’s Gold Rum, Liquor 43, Lime, Lemon,  Passion Fruit, Garnish with freeze dried passion fruit dust
  • Raspberry Mango Frostbite – Absolut Raspberry Vodka, Malibu, Lime, Mango Sorbet, Garnished with skewered raspberries

FAQs

Can you cater to my food allergies and dietary requirements? We prioritise addressing your food allergies if specified at checkout. Please note, this field is exclusively for allergies. However, we are unable to accommodate food preferences like keto or low-carb diets. Please submit dietary requests at least 72 hours before the event.

What’s the booking and refund policy? This share-style menu requires a credit card impression for booking. Full payment is due on the reservation day. Canceling within 72 hours or no-shows incur a $40 per person fee. Reservations are held for 15 minutes; after that, they’re offered to others. A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. Minors are welcome until 10pm with a parent or guardian for meals.
